Hello yogis! It’s been a while since I’ve taught virtual Yin, but since so many of you showed up on Zoom during the pandemic, I wanted to let you know that I’m teaching a Yin-inspired Deep Stretch class both in person and virtually this Sunday at 4:30pm. You can sign up at Village Yoga (just make sure you pick the livestream option if you’re joining remotely).
The Deep Stretch class is an hour of meditative breathing and long holds in passive, stretchy shapes — think seated wide-legged forward folds, pigeon, etc, all set to music. We’ll get deep into the neck, shoulders, back, hips and hamstrings with lots of options for modifications. You’ll walk out feeling longer and lighter, and probably ready for bed.

And as always, yoga + storytelling retreats are open for signups. We have space left for Tuscany and South Africa this fall, and Kenya and Morocco in the spring.
